January 2018 - Time of The Month

Hi!

This month I attempted to eat healthy. It worked for a bit... I was doing Gabby Allen's Shape Up app workouts, eating fruit, cut out microwave meals and so I rewarded myself with a Domino's Pizza. As you do.

I went on my first night out of the year, I wore a black slip dress from Urban Outfitters layered over a white t-shirt I got from New Look with a bright red lip and I won't lie, I wasn't mad about it.

I bought an Apple Watch. SO MUCH MONEY. I have been enjoying it though. The whole reason I bought it was because on said night out, I thought I had lost my FitBit (I later found it in my mum's bag) so it was my upgrade/replacement. It does everything my FitBit did and so much more. It also means I can get my social media notifications straight to my wrist at all times and we all know, that's important these days.

(This one was in December but 'Time of The Month' didn't exist on this blog then so we're just going to sneak it in here) I had a family gathering for my great uncle and aunt who came over from Michigan and it was actually pretty good. My nan enjoyed seeing her brother so it was nice that my whole family could come together to support that and spend time together.

I applied for uni... I don't want to say too much because I'm avoiding talking about it until I know for sure where/if I am going. Let's just say, that last blog post I did? Making things happen. I have two auditions coming up so I've been rehearsing like crazy.

I organised my entire Spotify account and oh boy, was that fun. If you happen to want to listen/look at it... https://open.spotify.com/user/peetamy. Some of the song's I've been loving recently:

911/Mr. Lonely - Tyler, The Creator + Frank Ocean
20 Something - SZA
Too Much, Too late - Sabrina Claudio
American Teen - Khalid
Stay Together - Noah Cyrus
Pink Skies - LANY

Since 'Friends' got added to Netflix I've been spending a lot of time in Central Perk. I know that if Central Perk was a real coffee shop and in England, I would be spending SO much time on that sofa but I guess I will have to live vicariously though young Jen Aniston.

I've watched so many things on Netflix this month I don't really know how I've had the time. The best things I watched were Dark, Atypical, Stranger Things (again, always), Gilmore Girls (will I ever stop?), Freaks and Geeks (partially), The Fundamentals of Caring, The End of The F***ing World and I finally finished American Vandal.

So, that's been January.

xA
