For Emma, Forever Ago

Here we are again, June is coming to an end and I've prepared another playlist. I can't believe how fast this year is going and in 2 weeks I'll be turning 23. I feel like each year in my twenties goes by 10x quicker than any other, is that how this works? This months playlist is an 'in my feels' playlist because that's just how I've been. Each song on here is bound to have made me cry at least once and it is my late-night headphones in the dark go-to. It's a combination of songs I've known for years as well as some new ones I've only recently discovered.

I've made so many of these playlists in the past but I always end up deleting them or making them 'secret' on Spotify. Especially if I'm going through a particularly difficult time, because any time I listen to it after, I will be reminded of how low I felt. Music is so powerful. I'm OK though.

I have to say, out of all the playlists I have, this really is one of my favourites. I hope you enjoy it and I hope you know that sometimes it's ok to just let yourself be sad for a while.

My new finds include Shot For Me - Drake, DNA - Lia Marie Johnson, Too Sad To Cry - Sasha Sloan, I miss you I'm sorry - Gracie Abrams, Daydreams - Maisie Peters and 25 in Barcelona - JP Saxe.

My loved always include All I Want - Kodaline, All Too Well - Taylor Swift, Long Way Down - Tom Odell, Safe Inside - James Arthur, Charlotte - Sody and For Emma - Bon Iver.
